Armaflex Class O Pipe Insulation (19mm Wall) comes in a self-seal tube format for ease of installation and is available in a range of sizes.
AF/Armaflex® Class O Pipe Insulation (2000mm long / 19mm wall) is manufactured from a chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) free nitrile rubber foam that is designed to reduce energy consumption and heat loss by up to 87% once installed. Commonly used on domestic plumbing and heating systems, the closed cell formation of Armaflex® provides effective resistance to moisture vapour and protects pipework against the effects of corrosion under insulation (CUI). It is lightweight, offers high levels of flexibility and comes in a self-seal tube format for ease of installation. Additionally, Armaflex® Class O pipe lagging has built-in Microban® protection that provides effective resistance against bacteria, mould and mildew, making it ideal for use on HVAC systems and chilled water lines. The product is also FM approved and tested to UBC26-3 Class No. 4924 and offers a Class 0 flammability rating in accordance with BS 476-6:1989+A1:2009.
